Papa Candelo is one of the most popular Luas of Yoruba Santeria. Work with the fire element , its color is red and is the brother of the Candelina or Candlemas, both are part of the Catholic liturgy in San Carlos Borromeo . A Candelo is considered a hopeless love , beau, jovial, attentive and handsome at the same time. In his day, November 3, devotees come dressed in red or parts of this color in reference to the deity.
